So whenever I give her cheerios on her tray, half of them end up on the floor...and as soon as I put her down, she goes after them. I know I shouldn't let her and should sweep up immediately...but its just so nice to have a few seconds of piece while I wash dishes. LOL Am i terrible mommy? Anyone else do this?

umm... yes I let her eat off the floor. LOL If I need a few minutes Ill give her a bowl of cheerios on the floor and she's done great about eating out of the bowl but if it gets spilled she does eat them off the floor (thats if the dog doesnt get to it first though). I do vacuum daily though just because she have a dog that sheds.

There is a little space where Jr's play yard is that I let him eat off of. His yard is always there, and I clean it daily...usually several times a day. lol Since the yard is there, and nobody can walk there or anything, I'll put him in there with a bowl of cheerios those little gerber snacks. He dumps them as soon as I give them to him, and then eats them while he watches his cartoons.

Yes, I let him eat off the floor, but I vacuum every other day if not more so our floors are fairly clean, dh on the other hand won't let anyone eat anything that's been on the floor even if I just vacuumed.

Yes, I would let them eat off the floor, but the dog gets to anything first. I'm not nearly as anal about this like I was with Leah. I'm sure there is much worse that could and will be put into their mouths.

I do try to pick up behind him but I'd be lying if I said Aaron's never eaten off the floor.

Yeah, our two dogs are better than a freaking Dyson hahaha.
I vacuum every day too because of the dogs and I'm just anal about that downstairs at least. I mean she can find the smallest piece of something from across the room and put it in her mouth. Aghhh

Yep, he does it quite often. Sometimes the dogs get it first but not always  Aidyen's fast and when it comes to food he doesn't mess around

I say go for it....sometimes I grab a little snack from the floor as well. Emmett and the dog mostly fight it out though.

Yup we let him eat off the floor if he finds a stray cheerio or two but we also vacuum daily.
