Are you teaching your baby to sign? If so, how are you doing this? Does your baby currently know any signs? Do you recommend any videos, webpages or books?

I haven't done tried to teach Sam any baby signing, but i like the idea of it.

I like the idea of it too but the only sign I have done with him is "milk"... I started it months ago and show him the sign almost every time we nurse. He knows what it means now for sure. That is the only one we have done though.

I'm teaching Isaac. He knows milk and I'm starting to work on some other ones now (sleep, eat).

I have been doing it with Claire since she was 3 months, even though at that age she had no idea what I was doing. She can sign "milk" and "bird" so far. She responds to all kinds of signs and definitely knows what they mean: milk, bird, duck, more, drink, bath...can't think of the others.

We have the Signing Times DVDs, although I learned most of the signs from the internet.
