Is your birthday a big deal? Do you expect gifts and for people to acknowledge that it is your birthday? Do you make a big deal out of other people's birthdays?

Eh, i would like for people to acknowledge that it is my birthday and i get disappointed when it seems like no one cares. But on the other hand i know it's silly, really it's just another day. I am horrible about forgetting birthdays, thank goodness for facebook! lol When i remember it's someones birthday i try to mention it frequently and make them feel special.

I dont need a big party, or even presents, but i would like that friends and family make a point to remember and wish me a happy birthday

My birthday isn't a big deal but I do expect for family and close friends to acknowledge my birthday. It would be nice for someone else to cook dinner and make my cake but I don't ask for it. I don't expect gifts either.

Well, my birthday gets overshadowed because it's also DS's birthday. I really don't care, though. I don't expect gifts or anything. At least DS will never have an excuse for forgetting my birthday. LOL!

I love birthdays, but I dont expect much from people, a happy birthday is fine by me, but I love to go all out for other peoples birthdays
