What do you do to cheer yourself up when you're having a bad day?

I usually like to take a hot bubble bath and read a book. I also use self-hypnosis and meditation to calm myself down when I'm getting stressed out.

I go into my bedroom and lock the door. LOL! Only when DH is home, of course. Sometimes even just 10 minutes to regroup and take some deep breaths helps. When DH isn't home and I'm with the kids, I usually sneak some chocolate when they're not looking. And I treat myself to a regular Dr. Pepper every now and then when I'm feeling down and out.

I like to go shopping! But I can't always afford that so I also like to be crafty and make things or work in my scrapbooks.

Sometimes i also just go in my room and read.

I love to just chill out and read. Taking a nap sometimes helps recharge me too.

i like to just spend some time alone, either reading or using the computer or taking a bath or even napping. Sometimes I buy myself a yummy treat too

Usually just seeing Holden puts me in a better mood. I usually only get frustrated or stressed from work so knowing I'm going to see him soon calms me down. I also like to kind of take a mental step back and assess the situation, if its something I have no control over or something thats not going to matter much in a few hours, I try to let it go and think positive.
