Wow, I know you've mentioned the AVM before but I had no idea really what it meant. So right now, is it still doing ok? Or is that something you just have to live your life with?
Love seeing your HS pictures! Looks like you went to be a red head  I did that too, and that was the worst mistake in hair coloring since my hair is super dark like yours! LOL

It is so great to have a best friend to grow up with. I also have a best friend since 1st grade and we have been with each other (for the most part) through alot of lifes milestones (weddings and babies). You are really strong and went through alot by having your AVM. You are definately an inspiration for someone else that is going through that!!

I loved all of the pics. Even your wedding pic with jack*ss. The drunk pics remind me of my high school/college days, lol. You should really look into writing, Holly! You're a great story teller. I can't wait to read more tomorrow

I had heard of AVMs ... amazing how you can have something like this for all your life and not know about it. I can really see how you would begin to think Pre-AVM and post-AVM.

So sorry about your AVM. That sounds incredibly scary and I am so happy you are ok. Love all your photos!! And wow I am sure glad you eventually left your first dh. He sounds horrible beyond words...yuck!

OMG!!! I was so in tears reading about your escape from HELL! My mom went through the same thing. My sister and I are 11 months apart. When she left my real father she had me on hip and 8 months pregnant. It sounds so intense and I really feel like your trial and bravery you had with facing your AVM prepared you for your escape to freedom!

The story of you and your dh is so sweet! I really couldn't imagine just leaving to go drive alone to meet a man but it sounds like you were very confident he is THE ONE!

Your love story could seriously be a Lifetime Movie! I'm glad you found true happiness.
Completely OT- Do you guys remember the story about the woman who drove thousands of miles (wore depends and didn't stop to sleep) to kill her significant other? I thought of that when you said you drove 2,000 miles, lol I know I'm crazy. That is true love. I used to complain about driving 6hrs to visit DH...

Yes, she was an Astronaut from Houston! This was all over my locals news at the time since she drove from Houston, hahaha! Astronaut Charged With Attempted Murder - New York Times She totally looks normal!
