I'm going to have stretch marks for the rest of my life. I escaped my first two pregnancies with like 1 tiny stretch mark (which was hidden in a bikini). Now I have these gosh awful claw marks across my lower belly and upper thighs and I've determined they AREN'T going away.
*sigh*
Anyone else resigned to their battle wounded body post pregnancy?

Baby # 3 (my precious Kellen) officially destroyed my body. I may be back to my pre-preggo weight and clothes but the residual gray stretchmarks all over my body....including my arms and legs... are out of hand. My oldest dd actually recommended the cream they show on TV b/c "mommy, your skin is all ruined like that." Good thing dh doesn't seem to notice!

My first two pgs I got none on my stomach, but this time around- after having the baby and going home, I noticed a stretch mark appear. It runs from bikini line up about 4 inches. It's lightened and I'm super fair-skinned, so I can barely see it.
I have them but they are faint white looking. If yours are red/pink just give it time, they will lighted A LOT. I dont care about mine. It doesnt bother me. Same with my c/s scar. I think of them as a blessing to me because I was able to carry my children, and have them delivered safely.
I finally accepted this after my first baby! hahaha. Like Shannon it doesn't bother me at all because I don't plan to put all this DIVALICIOUSNESS!!! (if that's a word hahaha) in a bikini anytime soon!
I have them on my stomach and thighs, and it happened after my first baby! One piece bathing suits for me...woot! But seriously, I kinda could care less about them, and so could DH. I've always been prone to stretch marks. I had them on my thighs in high school and I was freaking 112lbs. Meh...
