Have you turned on the air conditioning yet this year? Does your house have central air or do you use the window units? If you don't have/use air conditioning how to you keep cool?

We have to use window units and we just put the one for the main floor in. I have one for my bedroom upstairs but i'm being stubborn and waiting a bit. I like having fresh air! I just put a fan in the window at night to blow the cooler air in and i'm good.

We don't have central air, it sucks but it is what it is. We have one window unit that kept a majority of the house cold. We have a tri-level so our basement area is pretty decent on staying cold.

We aren't putting in the window conditioner though. We are trying to save money as best as we can. It's going to suck but we can't afford last years high elec bills.

This is the first year we have ever had central AC since we started living together 11 yrs ago. It's wonderful! There were multiple occasions where we used to live that we didn't have more than a small window unit in the bedroom and nothing else in the whole trailer. But most of the time we had two units for the trailer. I am so grateful for the AC in this house! Our vehicle, however, is starting to not have working AC. It's starting to blow warm air at times. That's no bueno for North Florida summers.

We have central air and I love it! I turned it on last night because it was too hot to sleep. It's been on all day. We turn it off if it isn't too bad out though.

I do have to say it's so nice to be able to walk into a nice cool house after being outside in the heat!

I have central air. I've had my air on for about the last month. I hate hate hate being hot, especially in my own house. Although if I was in a cooler place, I'd definitely want to wait a while before turning the a/c on

we don't have any air conditioning in our apartment. we've had the the balcony door and the windows open all the time for the past week or so.

I think we'll buy some good fans though. have to keep cool somehow!

We have window unit and ceiling fans. I use the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and have only had the ac on in the living room for the last 2 days. I try to keep it off as much as I can.
