Breakfast: I had some fruit & some oatmeal. The kids probably had pancakes & either fruit or yogurt.
Lunch: I have a little bit of pasta & a big salad. I left pasta with veggies for the kiddos (hiding peas & carrots in spaghetti sauce is one of the few ways Ethan will eat them).
Dinner: Wish I knew... maybe some of you ladies have a good menu planned & will give me some ideas.
