This is how Kenna walks (note, she does not walk unassisted lol but she walks with our hands, cruises around furniture, pushes a toy) it's ALWAYS on her tippy toes, never on her flat feet? Is this ok? How will she ever learn to walk regularly This has been going on since she began pulling up a couple months ago?

My 5 year old son has always walked on tippy toes. As he got older it's just his first few steps now but I'm not kidding it makes him so fast! His calves are cut he runs pedals and does it all

She will be a ballerina!

No, actually I've read its normal and usually goes away by the time they are 2 or 3. So it might last awhile.

Maggie's all on tip toes too. I figure once she figures out how to flatten her feet out, I'll be in serious trouble trying to catch her.

One of my nieces did that, and I think until she was around 3 or 4 y/o. I remember they finally took her to dr for it after all those years. I forget how they corrected it, but I think we used to remind her to not walk on her toes at that age. (I daycared for from 9 months to 5 y/o everyday so I was involved with helping to stop her from doing it). She never had any ill effects from it. I also believe though it is totally normal especailly for this age.
