Background info: I've been on the mini pill since 6weeks postpartum, I am breastfeeding, but baby has of course been eating solids for a few months.
Okay, at 10 months pospartum I had a real period. Like 6 days, heavy, regular period. I assumed that since my period was back, and I was on the mini pill, it would be back for good. Is that faulty reasoning? The next month I had some crazy dental work and missed a few pills, so I spotted sometime in the middle of the cycle, and now I've completely missed when the second cycle should have come (based on an assumed 28 day cycle, my period should have been here on June 10.)
I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative. Is it possible for your cycle to come back and not be regular right away?
Thanks, friends!
