Birthday Themes?

Hi Everyone! Just wondering what everyone had in mind for birthday parties-- I need to read those who have already BTDT. I'm thinking something simple: cake, ice cream, Pooh Bear with mostly family and one friend for Joshua.

I'm just doing the colors blue, green, and yellow. I'll decorate even if it's just for me

(not a lot of women in the family to appreciate it). I don't know what to serve. I thought about grilling outside but my DH said it's going to be so hot July 23..if there's no AZ monsoon. I'm going to make a special banner and put photos of DJ on it from his first year.

Ty loves the Disney show Special Agent OSO

so we are having an OSO party theme for him. My niece and I are going to make his cake to look just like OSO (or as close as we can to it

)

We are just having our families over. Julias birthday is 6 days after Ty's so I think we may combine his and hers for the family birthday party since she is also having a special party just for her with all her little girlfriends over.

Theme is monkeys using blue, green and brown. I'm still working on the decorations.

We are doing a peanut theme. Blue, Brown, and Orange are the colors so I bought streamers in the 3 colors (light brown though) and I will get some balloons too.

I'm going with a bath time/rubber ducky theme, using yellow and blue decorations, made a duck pinata, making a rubber duck themed cake, and bought bath time-related goodies for the guests' party favors.

We're only having 2 children over, so it's going to be a small affair.
