Do you eat salads?

What salad dressing do you use?

Do you have croutons in your salad?

What is all in your salad?

I am trying to eat healthier and have been trying to make different salads. Last night I made a one with chicken, almonds, strawberries, mozzarella cheese, croutons and cucumbers. It was so good, I wish I saved some for lunch today instead of tossing it.

I do eat salads! I love them, my pregnancy with Bishop ruined my love for tomatoes so if I do eat them, they're cherry ones.

But most of my salads are cucumbers, lettuce and light dressing. I have a weakness for chicken Cesar salads.

I really like salads, i usually just make a garden salad, my salads usually have lettuce and tomatoes if we have cucumbers and peppers I will put those in there too, sometimes i stick green onions too, usually with an Italian dressing or a vinaigrette.

If we have crutons I will stick them in there, I like them, but they arent a must have, also occasionally cheese too, and grilled chicken

I also love taco salad, we just do lettuce, tomatoes, crushed up taco shells and seasoned beef.

hmm i really like salads

My favorites are taco salad and Chinese chicken salad.

For the taco salad, I use turkey meat (with taco seasoning), kidney beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and crushed Fritos. I use french dressing. I know it sounds weird, but it's so good.

For the Chinese chicken salad: a bad of coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and green onions. The dressing is evoo, a little sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil.

I love salads.
Mainly at home its just the bag of spinach with Ranch, cheese, pepper. Anything like veggies that get added are only if we have them but its rare.

I also like doing things like pasta salads, potato salads, chicken and so on.

I love them all. The only one that I miss but can't do is a tuna salad of any sorts. Used to be my favorite but I can't even stand to smell tuna without getting sick..lol

i like salads. i just use whatever we have on hand. usually baby spinach, cucumbers, peppers, cheese, onions, shredded carrot, and sometimes I will throw in apple chunks or strawberries or something.

for dressing i will use whatever flavor i am liking at the moment or i will just use vinegar sweetened with just enough sugar to take the edge off of the bitterness but not enough to make it too sweet.

I really like salads (especially when someone else is making it). I love Boston lettuce w/ lots of veggies (carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, cilantro and black olives) and as dressing just olive oil and vinegar. I don't like croutons on my salad - but I put almonds and dried cranberries on it- it tastes really good.

Ladies, your salads sound so delicious, now I have a craving for salads!

I love salads. If I am eating a garden salad, I use ranch and I love croutons but don't usually have them on hand. My very favorite salads are those with fruit (apples, pear, mandarin oranges or strawberries and blueberries), craisins, a little bit of onion, walnuts or pecans, feta or blue cheese, and a raspberry-vinaigrette dressing- YUM.
