Hey ladies, what are you thinking about getting your LO for their first birthday? I asked my mom for this
Smart Trike for Paige. I painted her a piggy bank at a ceramics place but I'm not sure what else to get her. Anything specific on your mind that you will be getting your baby?

we got Ross a walk and ride toy, a little kitchen and a toy truck. Weve asked others for outdoor toys (wagon, sandbox and toys, sprinkler, bike)

We bought her a Radio Flyer all-terrain wagon. My Mom is getting her a potty (I want to start sitting her on it before a bath, just to introduce it to her). Other than that I couldn't think of anything...it already looks like a Toys R Us in here!

We got Lyla a starter charm bracelet and her first charm. The charm is a birthday cake that we will have engraved with her name and birthday.

Jewelry is a great idea, thanks Crystal! It's hard to find something that we don't already have from Jacob.

I have not even started thinking about this. I think that I'm in denial that my baby is going to be one in just over a month.

I was thinking about getting her a cozy coupe and a Vtech table music thing. But thinking I am gonna change that get her some blocks and little things from DH and I. Since now that we are doing a bday party for her I see my family going all out. Although I wish they wouldn't since I have to pack it in my car to haul back..lol

Hmmm, I have thought about it. DH said we should get something that she will have when she is older. He said like a coin or something like coins but I guess it's a nice thought even though I don't really like collectible coins. My in-laws are already giving her coins (silver dollar). I was thinking of getting her a savings bond. We have a savings account but I thought that a bond is nice to have as well. She can definitely use that later.

Liam has so much stuff
its ridiculous, i second the "my house already looks like toys r us" statement
i think i'll just let everyone else buy him stuff and maybe look at something like a wagon or something for his room since we'll have some space when we take out the changing table soon

Ooh, water table is an awesome idea. I think we're gonna get Ellie some Duplo Legos cause she likes playing with them at a friend's house.

I'm thinking maybe a water table too. That trike is so cute! Like you said Devon, it's hard to think of stuff that we don't already have from Eva.
