I started Weight Watchers last Saturday. I weighed myself at the one week mark, and I've lost 3lbs in a week. It makes me super happy. I've never been able to lose weight. In high school I weight 112lbs, college I was about 128lbs, and after having Leah and stopping breastfeeding I topped the scale at 158. I feel like I'm finally understanding how to eat right and get control over what I'm putting in my mouth. I'm in love with WW so far, and I can't wait to see where it takes me. My first goal is 145, but my ultimate goal is 130! Thanks for listening. I'm just so excited to feel like I'm making progress.

Yay! I need to put aside these Junior Mints and join you on the WW diet! I need to lose some weight! I usually try starving myself but it backfires and I get so hungry that I eat MORE than I would have if I'd just eaten when I was hungry!
