I'm on the fence about this. I do think she knew that Caylee was dead and did nothing. The whole story is so heartbreaking and I'm so disappointed in the outcome of the trial.

I think probably did it, or knew about it, or was somehow involved

yup I do. I think her parents knew as well. I mean I just don't get how it turned out the way it did.

I think she had involvement in whatever happened. Be it an accident or if she did kill her. The whole thing is just screwed up.

how is there any doubt that she did it? I didn't really follow the trial, can someone brief me on how it is possible that she didn't do it?

Lori, I don't think there was any doubt that she was involved, but they were unable to prove that she murdered the child. It could have been an accident that was covered up...I guess we'll never know.

I just hope that sweet little girl did not suffer, and I hope she wasn't aware that her Mama was trying to harm her.

I agree she was definitely involved in some way, I believe her dad was also. I'm waiting to see if there are charges brought on her dad. If she is released on Thursday, how is she going to go about her normal life. She completely railroaded her family, where is she to go? Not that I really care, she is an awful person, just curious.

I hope they find justice for poor little Caylee.

Yup. She's guilty. Very sad situation. I agree with the previous poster who said they hope she didn't suffer or know her mom was hurting her. Poor baby.
