Maggie is into everything AND her toys too. Being mobile is definitely broadening her horizons.
I've found she's already getting into my cleaning routines. When I sweep or mop, she chases the broom and plays with the dirt. If I manage to get the mopping done before she catches on, she plays with the water on the floor and dries it all up with her knees. When I'm folding laundry, she takes it out of the basket and "unfolds" it. When I'm doing dishes, she's under my feet playing with the wooden spoon that is holding my cupboard doors closed from toddler fingers and straining to try and reach the wash cloth. And this morning, I had to give her her own wash cloth to keep her distracted in the bathroom while I cleaned it. The only thing she seems to wait to chase is the vaccuum. And I had to get the leap frog fridge magnets to keep her distracted while I'm cooking.
I have a happy little homemaker on my hands!
Is your LO trying to help you too?

Oh yes she loves to take the laundry and put it on her head or around the back of her neck. It's the cutest thing ever I have to make sure i do the dishes when she's not around because i can't keep her out of them. she will also copy what i do too, so if i'm wiping down the coffee table and i hate her a cloth, she'll wipe too

Yup....laundry folding she really loves. She's under my feet during dish time so I had to give her her own cabinet. And she loves the vacuum now too. She walks after it clapping. She used to run and hide, scared of it.

Noah is always underfoot when I'm cooking, I also can't leave the dishwasher open and leave the room because he will try to unload it. He loves the vacuum and will yell at it when I''m using it.

Leah is a BIG helper, lol! She pretty much does all of the above. Except she's scared of the vacuum cleaner...thank God
So at least my floors stay pretty clean, lol.

Oh yes! It takes me 10x as long to get laundry folded and dinner cooked. Aidyen is always taking the clothes I just folded out of the baskets, especially his diapers for some reason he loves taking those out. I got those magnets too but he just throws them everywhere, but it does distract him long enough so I can get cooking done, and when I vaccum he chases it

She loves taking my laundry back out of the basket and dropping it on the ground. She also made me laugh last night when, after pulling my mouse off the back of my keyboard tray, she picked it back up and put it on backwards. One of her favorite words is Uh-oh, whenever she drops something.
