Rants and Raves for 7/13

family not understanding that I can't home for DD's birthday. No matter how much I crunch the numbers. Something will get left out for us to do it. Sure I can go home earlier and fly but then we can't afford to buy her birthday gifts. Or even if they pay for half (my parents offered) the timing doesn't work out with our schedules. So them paying for half would be nice but I still would be paying full price because we would have to kennel the dog then and then there would be no way we could get DD birthday gifts.

neighbors moved out (live in a duplex) and the cleaning crew is there and they are loud. I can hear them yelling, singing, slamming doors. Which in turn has the dog going nuts

Rosie is pretty much walking all over now.

While my counseling appointment was canceled for today she still called to see how I was doing and if I need to talk to someone or if it can wait till next week.

So what are yours?

I already posted about my birthday party rant...lol

We are so busy these days, with dh being gone all week my house is a mad house. It is messy, unorganized, and I have no time to clean it! I can't wait to be done with work already....When dh comes home he is exhausted, so he is no help. He is working 60 hrs a week right now and drives home 7 hrs every weekend and has to drive back on Sunday or monday morning. I really just want to hire a maid...

Btw...not to go off topic, did you get your us yet? Are you still going to find out the sex at this point?

Dang Kristy that sucks about your DH. I would be wanting to hire a maid at that point too.

I finally get my ultrasound on the 19th. I can't wait. I need to know. We tossed around not finding out but I need to..lol I guess the problem is they fired almost all their techs so they are like down to 1 or 2 techs so that is why appointments are the way they are at this point. IMO they should have then started referring people off post then.

I would think they would refer you offsite...geez. I say know I will wait to find out if we have a 3rd, but don't know if I could. Especially if the information was right in front of me. With dd they couldn't tell, I wanted to know sooooo bad. Then I went overdue, they did an us at 40 wks to make sure everything was good and asked me if I wanted to know then. I can't believe I held off, I so badly wanted to say yes...lol.
