Do you have a hard time changing your LOs diaper or getting them dressed? How do you distract them?

it depends on his mood, hes very wiggly during diaper changes now and tries to climb off the change table so i usually have to give him a toy or drink or cloth to distract him while i change him

Diaper changes are a real blast around here. When DH is home it usually takes both of us to distract her. Otherwise I am tossing a leg over her. I tried on the changing table and yeah that wasn't gonna happen.

If she is tired or just woke up or having a bottle then its the best time..lol

Yeah, it is a disaster here too. I can't get him to stay still, he rolls or crawls away every time. I try to give him something to play with while I'm changing him nothing seems to work, everything else around him is more interesting at the moment..lol

depends on her mood,
sometimes if she's not happy, she'll wriggle so i turn the telly on and face her that way while i do it

Yes!!! sometimes she lets me change her no problems other times its a fight! I try talking,singing to her. Sometimes it works sometimes its a no go.

most of the time its not a problem. The few times she does want to roll away I let her have a wipe and she will just wash her face with it and that gives me enough time to put the diaper on. But for the most part she just lays there and lets me changer her. She really likes after bath time when we put lotion on and do a massage. She loves that.

Yes but it gets easier, the older she gets. I give her a toy to distract. The worst thing she does currently is to grab at herself and there's still poop there I'm trying to get off. SO, then I have to get her hands clean too. Sometimes I let DD1 dress her

Bishop does not want it happening. He'd rather you get the diaper off and he takes off naked. I am not a fan of this because he pee's. So, yeah he's a pain to change.

Changing diapers and getting her dressed are always a struggle and I dread doing it. She does not like to sit still for even two minutes. She rolls away constantly, and/or cries. I try to distract her with anything that's around. I don't even care what it is (unless she could get hurt that is). I will also try singing to her or tickling her tummy. That usually works.
