I need some new ideas for snacks over here. I think Emily is getting tired of mandarin oranges, yogurt, applesauce, and nutrigrain bars.

I need ideas too!! Also, what do people take with them as far as snacks/meals go when they go out? I tend to bring a lot of carb-y things, but I want to bring along some protein but can't think of an easy way to do it other than cheese.

Here is a link with some ideas I had saved to my favorites. Its from 1 to 3 years so that's a huge age gap so take that into consideration.

Blueberries, grapes & other non-crunchy fruits (Avery still only has 4 teeth). When we're on the go it's usually Cheerios or Goldfish crackers. Stuff both E & A will eat and aren't too sticky.

Cereal puffs, cheese puffs, crackers, Cheerios, applesauce, & bananas are Owen's favorties.

Graham crackers and gold fish crackers are snack staples at my house. If we are home, I do a fruit. Right now, E is loving watermelon, white nectarines, peaches, blueberries, strawberries....we just cut everything up small.

Sophie likes the Annies cheddar bunnies, I even put a couple of the ginger snap bunnies in with the cheddar ones as a "treat"---then Earth's Best has the little graham sticks, Plum Organics has these things called "fiddlesticks" that she likes a lot.

Then Trader Joe's has these pouch apple sauce, apple carrot, and they just came out with apple-banana. It's only 3 ounces, Sophie has learned to hold and suck them on her own. They are smaller than the Ella's, Happy Baby, etc.
