Riding a bike without a helmet? i dont have a bike but the last time i wore a helmet on a bike i was probably 10, which makes me a huge hypocrite because my children will always wear a helmet when biking

Riding a bike without a helmet? a mountain bike yes, I am also a hypocrite because my children will wear one until they can make their own choice as an adult.. As for a motorcycle bike...always...even though it is legal here to ride without one.
