I am thankful I have a good husband. As much as he travels in the summer, it makes our marriage difficult. I'm thankful he acknowledges how hard it is on me to stay at home for a week by myself and take care of the house and the baby. Especially when he's gone sometime 2 weeks out of the month.
I'm thankful for air conditioning and a constant power supply in this heat. Dh's family in Pakistan lives in 115 degree weather daily during the summer, and the gov't turns off the power supply approx 22 hours of the day. I swear I don't know how they manage.

Thank you GraysMama for my siggy!
I am thankful for my baby - she is just such a joy - and being able to have more children. I am also thankful for having health insurance and a bunch of great doctors that take care of my family and that my family and I are healthy. There is so much more that I am thankful for but these are the big ones coming to my mind.
