A great & easy recipe: Goulash - Brown 1 lb ground beef. Drain. Mix in 1 chopped onion, 1/4 c sugar, 1c ketchup, and 1 1/2-2c water. Cook down until sauce thickens and onions are clear. Serve over macaroni.

I loved Just Go With It! I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. My DH liked it too, and he usually hates chick flicks.

A book: Heaven is for Real - I haven't read it yet but just in the past 2 days I have had 3 different people tell me they are reading it and it's great.
