I decided to make and decorate Ellie's cake myself and since I've never actually decorated a cake before, and her party is this weekend, I figured I should do a practice one today. Just wanted to show it off.

I used to be a huge Hello Kitty fan as a kid. I love your cake! Looks like a lot of piping. How did you get the design so accurate? Looks really really good!

Wilton's sells a cake pan that is the right shape, so I mostly just had to practice using the icing bag and tips to get everything to look right.
