Yes for the most part. Or I always intend to reuse them but instead they just sit in a closet all folded waiting to be reused..lol

I try to, but I mostly have baby and wedding gift bags. So for Birthday's I have to buy them.

If we ever were given some I would! I have no idea why people never use them. We do, but I hate buying them. So I have started wrapping in left over newspaper.
