Finally have a loose plan for Heidi and Joe's bdays. Just gonna have a BBQ over here with some friends and my mom. It would fall on Joe's bday 2 days before Heidi's. Anyways, thinking about it made me realize that I don't recall any of you posting bday pics yet.

I'd love to see them!

We had two parties! The second one was a monkey theme. The tables were decorated with raffia hanging around the edges to look like a jungle and the centerpieces were palm trees with monkeys climbing up them. The favors were little monkey rattles. It was amazing! My mother-in-law worked on every detail.

She set up a little area with a pool, a sandbox, playhouse and some other kid things. Here are a few pictures from the day.

I also have to say that pic of him eating like the whole cake is hilarious and how adorable the pool picture is with his chubby belly . How do you not hug him all day long? He looks so cuddly!

My step-MIL went crazy with the decor. She always does for parties. I think she should open a party planning business
