What do your munchkins think of having their teeth brushed?
Avery thinks it's hysterical. She giggles the whole time I'm doing it. I have one of those finger brushes & sometimes she chomps down on my finger but other than that, she's really good about it. She sees me with it & opens her mouth. I brush the 6 teeth she has & her gums, so that she gets used it.

I use a regular baby toothbrush on her. She LOVES it! She gets so excited!! The only problem I have is she likes to close her mouth to taste the toothpaste. I brush her teeth and gums and tongue.

She hated her finger tip brush so I had a big kids one Kaitlyn got from the dentist (un-opened since we had just got her a new one) so I tried that on her and she liked the big kids one better. Of course she only has two tiny teeth but I want her to get used to it.

She LOVES it! I have been using it on her since she was really, really little because we kept dealing with thrush and it helped keep it away so she lets me do it, then I give it to her and she does it (well she thinks she's doing it lol)

I could have written it word for word. I bypassed the finger tip brush and went straight to the baby toothbrush too. She lets me get everything, but we deal with the close mouth too.
She's the same way about showers. She'd rather have a shower with me than a bath by herself with her toys. I think I'm going to have to introduce bubbles to her bath and see if that makes a difference.

Aidyen doesn't really mind it. He will let me but does close his mouth while I'm trying to brush his teeth and he constantly reaches and tries to grab the tooth brush. I had just a plain baby one but then I got the mam ones that has a long training toothbrush and then a regular one. He keeps one with him all the time just chewing on it..I think it helps his gums because he is teething pretty bad and has been since 2 weeks before his Bday!

What kind of toothpaste does everyone use? My pedi told us to switch to flouride toothpaste, but Arianna swallows it so it makes me nervous!

We use training toothpaste. She loves it and cries when I put it away. We also gave her a new adult toothbrush to chew on during the day for teething.

Eva loves it! She pushes her face towards you so you'll do it more. The health care nurse told me not to use toothpaste till 18months. So not really sure what to do about that.

Ethan loves it. He smiles and he giggles when we do it. He likes to try to chew on the toothbrush though.

Every morning when Leah wakes up, she walks into the bathroom and points to her toothbrush, and goes "huh huh." She loves "brushing" her own teeth, but when I get to the real brushing she gets a little PO'd, but that's okay

He use to love it but right now he's going through a, "I don't want to hold still for it" phase.
