So excited I had to share. MIL is looking for an investment property to let us lease to own. We are going to look at our first few houses tomorrow after I get off work from the bank. We are looking at 6 properties, 5 of which are 4 bedroom, all under $100k and new or relatively new, and best of all...we'll be working on them being OURS and our payments would be half of what we are making right now for our condo lease ($1100/mos for a 4br condo that isn't even ours).

So excited! Wish us luck!
