The last few years (since kids), I have pretty much stayed away from movies that upset me and, actually, movies in general. I guess I just don't feel like I can handle anything emotional or invest the time. So, I am years behind in watching movies that everyone has probably already seen. A couple nights ago, I watched 'Pay it Forward' thinking it was going to be sweet and light hearted. Wrong! Needless to say, I sobbed through the whole ending. So, tonight I get hooked on 'Marley and Me' thinking, this has to be harmless. Wrong! Sobbing again.

Please let me know any other movies I need to avoid since I am completely unstable.

I definitely understand. I HATED Pay it Forward and I liked Marley and Me but it was too much. I haven't really watched many newer movies lately either. I think the last I saw in theaters was Alice in Wonderland, so I can't think of any movies to avoid off the top of my head.

Although, I did see this the other day:"The Champ" Has The Saddest Scene Ever, According To Science Definitely DON'T watch it unless your curiosity gets the better of you, but you'll probably regret it.

OMG, Marley and Me made me hysterical while I was reading it! Even DH said when he read it, he was finishing it up at the dog park and had to stop because it made him tear up....lol....the book was so much more emotional for me for some reason.

Don't watch Toy Story 3 or UP either!

Thanks for the advice ladies! I'm a lost cause
