2 year wedding anniversary..and offer in on a house! UPDATE!

Woohoo Saturday is DH and I's 2 year wedding anniversary. We are going to go out to eat Friday night and MIL is going to watch the kids at our place while we go out for an hour or so. We've only been out without the kids 2x in the past two years...Friday makes the third!

AND MIL put an offer in on the house we want today.....pray that they accept it!!! Can't wait to get into a house and out of this condo!!!! And have a YARD! And get our swing set from the old house and finally have somewhere to put it up! Woohoo hoping all turns out good!

UPDATE: MIL got a counteroffer back, she counteroffered again and is waiting to hear back. We are only $2500 apart though so I highly doubt the seller will say no based on $2500 for a cash buyer not needing to get approved financing.

So we think that if this goes through by October we should be in our new home (it needs a new roof/air conditioner/paint etc before we move in).

And praying you all will get the house! So exciting! How many sq feet is it? Lots of rooms for all your kiddos I assume? And a yard is a must with little ones as you know! We have currently been redoing our backyard all summer making it a oasis for Julia and Ty. KUP!

We still are waiting to hear but yeah it is almost 1900sqft, 4 bedroom with a wonderfully mature landscaped fenced in yard.

They accepted the counter offer. So now its up to the inspection. We may have more work on our hands than we think..but we shall know soon! So waiting for the appraisal and inspection...MIL is calling around to get it scheduled tomorrow.
