So when Arianna had her blood prick at her 12 month check up, her lead level came back "slightly elevated" which my Dr said could be simply that she that she touched the counter before we took the blood and it was contaminated, so they had me come in for a follow-up blood draw intravenously. They called today with the results and her lead levels are fine, but her hemoglobin level remains low (it was low before). Does anyone else have any experience with this?
Dr recommended doing 4-6 weeks of Fer-in-sol and then re-testing and feeding her red meat. Any other advice?
