Hi everyone. I wanted to see if I could get a little advice. DD is still breastfeeding pretty regularly and I am ready to wean. I tried to narrow it down to just before naps but she throws horrible tantrums and fits to nurse. I try to distract her but she wont be. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am ready to have my body back .. oh and she refuses milk right now but she does eat lots of yogurt and other dairy products.

thanks

I am slowly weaning Sophia. She is getting 1 tbsp of whole milk in her cereal every day till I can make all her food w/ whole milk. Then I will try to put some in a cup for her. She can definitely taste it. Whole milk is so much thicker than BM. I would try to introduce the milk very slowly and increase the amount over time. It takes a while but I think it will work.
