Huggies Little Movers Slip-On Diapers Jumbo Pack - Size 3 26ct.
Huggies has come out with diapers that pull-up but have the absorbency of a traditional diaper.
Would you use these? Would this make diaper changes way easier for you?!?!?

I totally ordered a small pack for when I am traveling. I love CDing but I am not near brave enough to do it on a plane (I've only in the past month become "full-time", doing it at night and outside the house!) Some of the planes don't have changing tables in the bathroom so I think I could change her standing up.

I actually like them Seen them the other day, and will buy them as soon as my current box is gone. I like the ease of them. Since Kaileigh actually steps into her shorts and shirts to help, she would be more likely to cooperate being able to step into a diaper. I adore huggies anyways so this just sways me opinion even more too.
oh, and I wish you could buy boxes of them not just packages. I always buy bulk boxes so I guess I need to see if they carry them in bulk boxes yet. I have automatic delivery from amazon so Im off to see if they have the boxes.

I saw that but was wondering...what happens when they poop in them? Wouldn't it be sort of messy pulling a poopy diaper down their legs? How does that work?

When I used pull-ups for potty training, you just pull the sides apart for easy clean up. I assume it's the same. I think they are made just like the pull-ups training pants, just changed the pattern, made a smaller size (3) and call them diapers.

That makes sense. I figured it had to be something like that.

I just bought a pack to try. I think I'm going to like them when I have to change a diaper in the van or someplace without a changing table. Although... I was a faithful Huggies user with G but C always leaked out the sides so we will see. I'm hoping Pampers follows Huggies led.

There's a CD page I read on FB and I totally got pissed earlier. They posted the link to the Huggies and some girl wrote:
I think it's lazy parenting. Infants and toddlers squirm and parents just want it easier to change their baby. Haha, but that's just me. Also I think the printed diapers by pampers are hilarious. I saw a lady buy 3 jumbo boxes at Target because "OMG! THEY ARE SO CUTE!"...yeah, so are my CLOTH diapers and I don't have to throw them away like sposies.
So I wrote:
I guess I am a lazy parent....I fly quite a bit with my daughter and I am not comfortable using cloth while I am flying because of so many potentially unexpected things that can happen....delays, cancellations, layovers, etc not to mention I try to carry as little as possible while I fly (CD's take up a lot more room in my diaper bag) On the 21 different planes I have flown on with my daughter in the past year, I would say over 50% of them did not have a changing table that pulled down in the bathroom....so flying with a one year old, alone, and being able to pull up a diaper quickly in a bathroom if need be? Sign me up. P.S. - Only 9% of parents w/ children in diapers currently cloth diaper (http://dirtydiaperlaundry.com/surve...apershops-com/) so I don't think Huggies is losing customers....
Sorry, I think it's stupid to call a parent LAZY because they use disposable diapers LOL....like of all the freaking things that people run with, how stupid.

Or they added more stuff to the swim diapers! I even thought about using a Huggies swim diaper with a g-diaper disposable insert at one point to travel with, lol

They have them in the bulk size (I think they might be sold out) but Amazon is doing it through Diapers.com, so I think you get a better deal going through Diapers.com vs. Amazon. It was close to $50 for the "big box" and I think it only had 103 diapers in a Size 3 box (so they are a lot higher)

I just opened a pack of them and I love all the extra coverage on the sides. My problem with Huggies was that C would just pee out the sides but that might be fixed now. I'm going to try them out tomorrow and see if we have any leaks.
...oh and the sides open just like pull-ups with the long velcro strips so you can recluse them.

ok, so I bought them even though I still have plenty of other diapers, and I LOVE the ease of them! I bought a size 3 which says 22-37 lbs even thought Kaileigh is only 18 lbs. They are big on her. She needs a size 2 and I didnt seem them in size 2 so if you have a smaller baby not sure if they will work right. She's in one now, so Im going to see if it leaks since it's big.

^^^good to know. I'm wanting to buy them -- Syd is just under 18lbs so she's pretty tiny too. Let me know if they leak. Is Kaileigh in size 3 regular diapers now? Size 3 pampers fit Sydney fine but I've never tried huggies..don't know if they fit any smaller or bigger in general.

So far no leak. I just looked and they dont make a size 2 in the pull on.
She is usually in a size 3 huggies so I assumed it would be the same but it's looking like the size 3 pull on is bigger then the size 3 diaper.
Regardless, I do like then, and even though they are a bit big I will use them as long as no leak (which hasnt happened yet).

I love the ease of the little swimmers too. I think I may have to go and see if we have these at walmart. Maggie's sorta floating right now between a sz 3 and a 4. She lost a bit of weight in the hospital last week.

Caleb's been in these diapers for 3 days now with no leaks. We still use the pampers overnight at night though.. And, like I said in my earlier post, they RUN BIG. LOL
