What seems to be the worst part of teething for your baby? I mean, when in the course of cutting teeth do they have the most symptoms? Is it right before the tooth appears or when it's broken through but not all the way or what?

For Aidyen it gets really bad a day or two before the tooth breaks through

Right before is really bad but I think the worst is when it is partially through...basically when the tooth is actually in the process of cutting.

a day or 2 before breakthrough. She just had 5 teeth all come in at the same time and it was awful. I felt so bad for her.

As the tooth is breaking through...right when you can see a little white. His nose gets runny and he drools and is fussy.

Nothing other then constant drool. She had zero discomfort or any other symptoms. I associate that with very late teething, and a teething necklace. So far the two she has was easy, now Im just waiting for more to come and no sign of any. The Dr didnt even see any even close to coming out yet.
