I stopped breastfeeding Eva over a week ago.
I had intented to express to reduce my supply etc but Eva was only nursing twice a day and my boobs werent getting full or sore at all so I just thought it was drying up fine.
Now a week and two days later I have a really big lump in my boob, like a blocked milk duct (happened to me when Eva was younger)
I dont know what to do. Im going to have a long hot shower now but im thinking doctors appt?
I just find it weird that its happening now and didnt happen straight away.

Try to massage the area while in the shower. Going to the doctor is a good idea because a clogged duct can lead to mastitis if you're not careful. Good luck!

Unfortunately I've had Mastitis several times & it's really awful! If you do have a plugged duct, you want to work on it right away so that you don't develop Mastitis (heat, massage, some say cabbage leaves can topically help dry up your supply if you keep applying for a few days). Here's some great info on plugged ducts:

I have heard od this before with one of my friends! Same time frame as you. I would try to work it out first on your own and see how it goes.

I agree.. Apply heat and massage. You most definetly do not want to develop mastitis! It hurts so bad...
