When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? What determines what you use? We normally use a shopping cart, but I always have my stroller on hand for places that don't have carts.
What do you bring with you? I bring a diaper bag for London and Caden carries his own bag..normally with snacks and drinks for both kids, a change of clothes for each, diapers, wipes and a toy for each kid.
How does you LO react to being out and about? She is great! I have no problems when it comes to her being in her car seat. I think she loves to be out and about. She is very easy!
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago?
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? Yes it has gotten alot easier, at first it was a nightmare, but we quickly resolved any problems.

When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? I use a cart in all store's. I use the stroller in the mall and park.
What do you bring with you? In the store? Just my purse that has a diaper in it, and a pack of wipes. I have a stocked bag in both of our vehicles with clothes, meds, extra of everything really.
How does you LO react to being out and about? My kids love to be out, and they go great actually. As long as they are fed, and had a nap they are fine.
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier?
It's been the same. Although I dont go grocery shopping by myseld with them because we only go 2x a month so it's to long of a trip to even try to do a 3 hour shopping with kids, along with coupons, and everything else I do. Dh usually comes with me so he entertains them while I shop. A few times I've left them at home.
Other then that, I go alone with them everywhere else. I have too since dh works so much.

When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? What determines what you use? Baby carrier, unless we're going somewhere where we'll be out a really long time in which case I bring the stroller and the carrier, but she spends more time in the carrier.
What do you bring with you? Sippy cup and snacks, diapers, etc.
How does you LO react to being out and about? Usually loves it after we get out of the car.
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago? Yes, definitely.

When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? What determines what you use? ergo, stroller, cart. it just depends on my mood and kenna's. grocery shopping, unless she's asleep is the cart, the stroller comes in big stores, the mall. i use the ergo when she's asleep or when sierra wants in the stroller
What do you bring with you? diaper, wetbag, wipes, sippy and snacks
How does you LO react to being out and about? all 3 of my kids are great!
TDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? considering i took them all out by myself after a c-section when kenna was only 13 days old and went to target and out to eat, i've always been confident lol if ya'll are my fb friends, you've seen my check-ins. i am on the go all the time, often with all 3 in tow. i love it, it's never stressful and all of them are (mostly) well behaved

When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? What determines what you use? It depends on my mood. Yard Sales I use the carrier, the mall and outlets I take a double stroller, stores like Target or grocery shopping I use the cart.
What do you bring with you? By diaper bag with diapers and wipes. I bring a drink for each kid. Snacks for Caleb Grace usually brings a lunch box with some snacks for her.
How does you LO react to being out and about? Grace has always been fine. Caleb is getting better.
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago?
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? I think it's actually becoming more of a challenge. When I used to go out Caleb would just sleep the whole time. Now I have to entertain both of them and try to shop.

When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? What determines what you use? Mostly stroller or cart depending on where I am and how long I will be there.. I have a bad back and she is too big for the carrier now.. She walks way to slow to let her do that yet!
What do you bring with you? Diaper bag with diapers and wipes, drinks, snacks
How does you LO react to being out and about? She perfers to be out and about than at home!
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago?
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? Yes but my other 2 are 6 and 8 so they are well behaved and I only have to worry about her.

I usually put Aidyen in the shopping cart at most places. Sometimes I let him walk. When we go to the mall or park he goes in the stroller for a little while but then he gets to walk. I put him in the carrier if I need to nurse him but still need to walk around.
I bring a diaper bag with diapers, wipes, sippy with water, plenty of snacks and a pouch of baby food, and a few small toys
He loves being out. He used to HATE the carseat and would scream bloody murder the entire time we were in the car so needless to say trips were very short. But now he doesn't cry very often in the car
It's pretty easy, my other son is 11 and helps most of the time

How does you LO react to being out and about? He's quiet as a mouse and just takes in his surroundings. I often forget he's in the cart with us because I'm constantly playing referree to the girls. At the grocery store, Kellen has to go in the seat facing me and usually dh comes and puts Kaila in another cart and we let Keira walk. If I'm going it alone, the girls both have to get in the little car attached to the cart and I put little man in the seat facing me. I take my double stroller to most places so Kaila and Kellen are always sitting. I have to be careful. Kellen can't be behind Kaila, or he just pulls her hair constantly!
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? He's a piece of cake but it just takes extra planning since I need two kiddos secured wherever we go. Most of the time I just have issues with the older two!

I leave the Ergo carrier in my trunk, so if she's super tired (or I think I'm pushing it) I'll put her in my Ergo. I'll bring my UPPAbaby Vista to festivals, places where there's pavement and we'll bring the BOB if we're going more "off-road" (or if the hiking trail is wide enough, we will bring it) We have a Deuter Kid Comfort II (a hiking baby carrier) that we use for actual hikes that DH wears. I'll bring my UPPAbaby G-Luxe if it's a quick outing, like coffee with girlfriends and that's my only stop and we're not planning on doing any walking. Weather also plays a factor because I have a bunting that fits on my Vista, etc. (I think UPPAbaby needs to pay me for plugging them in this post, lol)
My girlfriends here always joke that Sophie is the "most adaptable baby" ever. I can put her down for a nap anywhere, in any stroller, in any type of weather and she'll be out.
I feel like I am the same as I was 6 months ago, I felt super confident then. The "big change" for me was a year ago when I flew to Texas alone with Sophie at 6 weeks old. It was definitely a "sink or swim" moment, so now I feel like an old pro---especially when it comes to traveling. People used to tell me "Oh just wait, the older she gets the harder it will be" and (knock on wood) for me it seems like it gets easier.

Usually a shopping cart, but I also let her walk. If we are the mall, stroller or baby carrier, but I usually let her walk a bit then too. I just keep thinking i would hate it if *I* wasn't allowed to walk...ok, being pushed in a stroller actually does sound pretty nice.
What do you bring with you?
Diaper bag filled with diaper, wipes, extra clothes, food/snacks, tylenol, and water
How does you LO react to being out and about?
In stored she likes it if she can explore but can get cranky if I take too long and she's cooped up-if we are out in nature she is in 7th heaven.
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago? I don't think so...I was pretty confident 6 months ago. She was actually super easy to take out for most of her infancy. I'm WAY more confident than I was when she was just born however.

Ditto...sometime early on it just clicked with me that I don't need to be worried about taking her out, and instead looked at her as my buddy who is just accompanying me everywhere. I just told myself things might take a bit longer because of feedings/changings, but as a SAHM most of the week, I didn't really have anything else to do.
Now I've been super spoiled though because my sister goes with me everywhere. She is going to start work and school soon so I'll have to relearn taking care of Arie myself!

He usually goes in the cart if available, if not the stroller.
What do you bring with you? My purse and it is quite large so I always have a diaper, wipes, wet bag, and a change of clothes and depending on how long we'll be out a sippy and snack as well.
How does you LO react to being out and about? He usually does really good, just sits there and looks around.
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago?
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? It doesn't seem like anything really changed. I usually am taking all four of them with me different places and for the most part they almost always behave.

What do you bring with you? usually his diaper bag which I wear cross-body
How does you LO react to being out and about? He loves to go out and about...a social little boy
First time moms...are you more confident going out now than you were 6 months ago? I was pretty confident from the start, so not sure I can be more confident. It has gotten easier though for sure.

When you go out with your LO do you, use a stroller, baby carrier, shopping cart, let LO walk?? What determines what you use? We use a buggy or a trolley if there is one at the shop.
What do you bring with you? Everything! I always have a drink for each boy and lots of food. The times I forget they always complain of being hungry and thirsty the whole time. Nappy bag, plasters, spare jumpers, sun cream
How does you LO react to being out and about? He doesn't mind unless I go in a shop and spend ages browsing. Then he starts screaming
BTDT moms..how are you handling having an extra LO with you when you're out? Has is gotten easier? Its more stressful having 3 now over 2. But at the same time, Seth is old enough that I trust him to stay right by me. And Caspar usually stands on the buggy board. I don't go too many places on my own with all 3, mainly just to the park, library or if we desperately need something from the supermarket
