I'm not supposed to do mine until tomorrow but I took all the pictures today and got it written up so I hope y'all don't mind it being posted early!
Good morning! It's 7 AM and my hammy has only been asleep for less than 5 hours but is ready to rise and shine. It's going to be a long day!
Diaper change time, but it's dry so I just put in a liner.
V gets some Cheerios to occupy him while I get his milk and breakfast ready by candle and flashlight since our power is out from last night's storm.
Breakfast is a super-cereal made with Earths Best mixed grain cereal, greek yogurt, and a mixture I made with winter squash, navy beans, tofu, spinach, frozen berries, milk and wheat germ. It looks gross but he loves this stuff! Finished it all so I didn't give him the banana.
Diaper change for real this time.
V plays while silly me attempts to use my laptop (but, duh, you need electricity to run the modem and router!)
So I get stuff ready to be gone for most of the day and V hangs out.
Ready for church, Mom!

Vincent plays in the nursery for a while since we're there early.
Us before the service begins. V fell asleep about 15 minutes in.
After church there is a light breads and spreads luncheon - lots of yummy jams, jellies, and spreads. Free lunch for mommy. Vincent woke up mid-meal so he ate a piece of bread while I snuck some cake by him.
We have some time to kill before we have to be at the park so I head out that way through a part of town I've never been to. We stop at a (kind of ghetto) Toys R Us to pick up some good baby food in the pouches V loves.
Then we stop at Walgreens to pick up some milk for V's lunch since I didn't bring any. We witness a kid shoplifting. As we walked out of the store a cop pulls up but is not interested in the kid running away who just stole something. Instead he brings another guy out of the store and starts questioning him apparently for something completely unrelated. Crazy!
We finally make it to the park for our Louisville Mommies Ice Cream Social.
Vincent eats a late lunch.
Crawls around on the ground.
Looks at the Ohio River.
Enjoys a little bit of ice cream.
Swings.
And plays in the sprayground.
On the way home I stop to get gas and V falls asleep.
It's happy hour at Sonic so I get some eats and an Oceanwater while V naps.
We get home, our power is back on (yay!) and we veg out for a bit. V watches Elmo's World while I reconnect with the internet. Then he wants to be held for a bit.
Dinner time does not go well. V is tired, grumpy and picky.
Rejected foods were tofu, carrots, spaghetti, and leftover mac and cheese from lunch.
Foods actually consumed were milk, dry toast and banana. Mama is frustrated.
Bath time!
Getting ready for bed. Wearing a sposie because we're trying to remedy a diaper rash situation and our CJ's butter just wasn't enough (which is very rare for us!)

We read together in bed, V falls asleep (and I almost do too) and then I put him in his crib about 7:45. Good night little ham!
Now I get to eat dinner (leftover fish and grilled veggies from Mom and Dad), dessert (Ben and Jerry's - yum!) and do some JM'ing - including writing this! Going to watch Curb Your Enthusiasm tonight if I can stay up that late!
