Who all has read these books?!?!

I started Book 1 the night before last and finished it over one day, started Book 2 last night and I am totally addicted.

I can't wait for the movie in March! Guess this is going to be the next "big" thing since Harry Potter is over and Twilight will be (sadly) soon enough!

Nope, I'm not a big book reader :/ I've never had the patience to sit and read. When I read books it's spread out for a month... LOL

I go through phases, I mean I can read like celeb books super easy (I loved all of Tori Spelling's books, then Kendra, and Nene Leakes from RH of Atlanta!)

This year I've only managed to read (aside from baby books)

"Even Silence has an End" by Ingrid Betancourt (She was held captive in the Colombian Jungle for 6 years, it's her true story!)

"A Stolen Life" which was Jaycee Dugard's book....OMG SO SAD.

& Hunger Games....lol

I read them on my Kindle a few months ago....I love the story/ideas of the book. Not incredibly thrilled with the writing or character development. I thought they were fairly simplistic, though, which should mean an excellent adaptation into a movie. (Kinda got the feeling the author was already thinking "movie" when she wrote the books...haha).

Who wants to see it with me?

Also, are they making 3 movies? Or just 1?

Oh, they BETTER make three movies. I think it might suck if they only made one. I loved the books. They were a super fast read and I loved the plot. You're right, Liz. The character development did leave you feeling a bit lacking. She could have done a better job with that.

Okay they are TOO fast of a read, I have read a book a day and I just started Book 3 tonight---I want to read it slow b/c I don't want it to be over.

I am starting this trilogy when I finish Mockingjay, one of my friends LOVES these books: Amazon.com: Shiver (Wolves of Mercy Falls) eBook: Maggie Stiefvater: Kindle Store
