And you can tell he wants to but doesn't quite have the nerve to take that first step yet. He is now standing unassisted completely on his own. He can push up to a standing position and will stand for a good few minutes. From there you see him think about it but just won't do it yet. He bounces up and down though! My older two didn't do that but he stands there bouncing up and down flapping his arms with excitement.

Just wait. All of a sudden he'll take off running! Miranda is still very careful but she went from being scared one week to walking all by herself the next week. They are so cute at that age!
SO cute! Jackson is still scared to try and take steps, though I know he could probably do i if he wanted to. He can also stand unassisted quite well, but will only do it for a few seconds at a time before he purposely falls forward. It's funny but I am wondering when he is going to realize he can do it?
