What are you all having tonight?

We are having meat loaf (my husband and I will only eat the one he makes), mashed potatoes and green beans. I can't wait! We both grew up hating meat loaf until he decided to make it his own way and it was a big success!

Tator Tot Casserole

Mix together: hamburger, frozen mixed veggies: green beans, carrots, corn + extra corn, milk, sour cream, pepper, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, shredded cheese.

Put a layer of shredded cheese on top of that mixture and then top with the crispy crowns (not the big tator tots, but the smaller ones). Bake until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. One of our favorites!

We had bow tie pasta (not sure on the real name, haha) with a tomato cream sauce, which I made but really it was just a store bought jar of pasta sauce mixed with half and half and some other spices and garlic. Delish though, especially with a fresh salad!

We ended up having Chiptole. Not the healthiest, but we needed something fast as our carpets are being cleaned tomorrow and I have spent the entire night packing up my dining room and living room. I am TIRED!

Last night we grilled brats, baked beans, corn on the cob, and creamy cucumber salad. Rosie had a left over cheeseburger from the other night.

Tonight I am thinking cheesy beef tortellini in the crock pot.

I am making beef stew tonight. It has sounded sooo good for so long. The husbandman won't eat it, so I need to find something for him to eat.

We had pulled pork tonight, slow cooked all day in the crock pot, yum! Accompanied by mashed potatoes, steamed peas, and salad. Delish.

No idea what we are going to do tonight for supper. Might be making homemade bacon cheeseburger pizza. Still have to look but if things go the way they are suppose to then it will be the pizza.
