I swear I thought they recalled another brand like this last year! I almost ordered Sophie one of those and didn't because of another similar warning. Those things totally freak me out, I know they work awesome for some people but just being suspended with nothing underneath is scary!

They do look kinda funny. But DD used hers until she was almost 3. We have ours attached to a nice thick piece of granite. There's no way I would use it on a table or "weaker" countertop.

The article says:

So it wouldn't hurt to get the kit, if it would only help safeguard your wee one!
