So, for Isaac's birthday I will have a smash cake for him but then I am just going to do cupcakes and cake pops and cookies for everyone else. I decided I better do a practice run on the cookies since I had never done Royal Icing before. I'm really glad I practiced because they are going to take longer than I would have expected plus I realized I don't have a few of the things that I want (like rock sugar to decorate the top of the margarita glasses and the straps of the flip flops).

I am really jealous of all you talented ladies. I mean Rosie's smash cake was ruined and we did very basic decorating because it was to hot in the house. But the truth is even if it wasn't I am just not talented enough to do stuff like that.
