Well it can be someone who is fake, someone who comes here just to create drama, someone who comes here to attack a certain person, someone who posts weird or off topic posts.

LOL. Anyone can join JM and come to this PR...doesn't mean that person is real. There have been several people who have been caught stealing pictures of children and creating a fictional life passing those children off as their own. Or a troll could be someone who, for what ever reason, comes here just to attack members. We have had a lot of those but thankfully the posts are quickly removed.

You havent been with us since BFP. Your join date is Nov 2010 which was 5 months after everyone had their babies. Your first JM post was November 25th, 2010.
Also, I dont think we even know your name or anything about you?
Mind sharing so we can get to know you better?

Did you possibly have another name when you joined?
On your profile it shows when you joined. For instance, I joined in November 2009 right when the board opened up and I got my BFP.
It shows that you joined in 2010 when our babies were about 5 months old, that's why there is a bit of confusion.

Dawn, Please don't take this as anything against you but a lot of us are worried by the troll activity so we tend to be on edge. I think what makes some people on edge more are members with low post counts, members that arent' here often, members that never share pictures, or other more personal things and members who just seem to appear and then disappear again for long periods of time.
I don't know what else to say about all this....

BUT I am confused why you are surprised that nobody knows you. You don't even have 100 posts, so if you've been here since a BFP, that would be less than 100 posts in two years, although you've been here not even one year...we're a really chatty board, we've been in the top 50 boards recently JM.

I'm trying to figure out how to explain this and I realize it probably won't make sense to you guys but I'll try before I leave because I feel really embarassed and bad that I could have seemed like a troll.
I don't do facebook. I don't twitter. I don't like having my info floating around in the abyss that is the Internet. But I do come to JM. I always read but rarely feel like I should add my two cents. Lately I've been feeling more with it I guess maybe because Jamie finally started sleeping through the night. I don't know but I was just getting into it. It was my mistake for thinking you all were noticing my few posts.
As for pictures I always read and post from my IPhone and don't know how to add pics from my phone. I havent had the time to figure out how to get all the fancy stuff you guys do although I've wanted to, just never had the energy.
I don't know what to share that's really interesting. So I just posted when I thought I had something to say, which I understand now wasn't often enough. 50 posts in two years was a lot for me.
And that pic of Jamie in my signature, thats sacred to me and I thought I WAS sharing by using it on JM.

I know my two cents probably isn't necessary in this case since this seems like old news, but I just wanted to say that "domino" you're more than welcome here (as long as you're not a troll...lol). It's just kinda difficult with the cyber world, and making sure that everyone is here for the same reasons. They're have been countless cases where people come to JM for the sole purpose of stealing people's pics of their babies and faking a life when a lot of us come on here to confide with other moms. I love JM, and I want everyone else to love it also. I hope you find it in yourself to come back and post your heart out with us.
Also, keep in mind that it's hard to understand people's tone of voice online, so I wouldn't take everything said here to heart. Take care
