What kind of teething signs/symptoms did your baby have?
Kaileigh drooled with the bottom two but thats it, nothing else.
Her top gums are swollen and I think she's working on them now but no symptoms except diarrhea. She's had diarrhea for a week now. I mean, about 6 bm diapers a day. No fever, no vomiting, acts fine, not fussy. I googled diarrhea and teething and lots of people claim their LO had diarrhea with teething but this is the first time either of my kids have had teething related diarrhea.

Arie had teething-related diarrhea...I think its because of the excess drool or something?
Other symptoms, trouble sleeping without motrin or tylenol, low fever, refusing to eat/drink, chewing on toys, swollen gums
She doesn't have all the symtoms everytime

She just slept a lot. No other symptoms. No pain at all. She has 7 teeth and working on her molars. Maybe London has a high tolerance for pain. Who knows

Wyatt drools a lot and is really cranky. His 4th molar is just cutting through right now and last week he had two days of "extra" poops. He's usually one per day, but for those 2 days he was up to 3 or 4. Hard to say if the two are related because I wasn't feeling well. So either it was his teeth, or he had what I had (sore throat, achy muscles).

We have had the full range of symptoms...drooling, low fevers, swelling, diarrhea, fussiness, and waking through the night. His first two molars have been trying to come in for two weeks now and they are really swollen and white looking but they don't seem to be bothering him like they were a week ago.
