So, I started back at work this week and have had to get used to getting up early again (yuck, I am so not a morning person!). But Stevie has been sleeping in until about 8:30 or 9:00 am.

Today he woke up at 7:30 am. I nursed him and he seemed sleepy so I put him back in his crib. He fussed for a few seconds but then just started playing in there. I figured I would leave him for a few minutes so I could get some mommy time and check my email. Maybe, I thought, he would even go back to sleep for another hour or two.

Well he didn't go back to sleep. Nope. I checked my email and then walked in his room to go get him and what did I find?

HE HAD LEAKED POOP ALL OVER HIS CRIB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morale of the story: Don't be fooled into thinking mommy time is allowed

Ewwwww! I have soo been there. Not with Bishop but with my son Dane. He was in his own room (now Bishop's) and he would wake up and play in his room before saying get him out. One day, I went in to discover he had played in his own poop and everywhere. He did this two more times. We put him back in the same room with our oldest, hasn't done it since.

I feel your pain!

Ewww...that really stinks...no pun intended. I am hoping not to have one of those explosions, I haven't had one with either kids so far...knock on wood.
