Sophie will be 14 months old on September 1st and STILL only has her two bottom teeth! (She is literally about to cut the top two at the same time, this has been going on for WEEKS but we can see the "whites")

Anyone else's LO only have two teeth or less?

Those of you who's LO's have more teeth, when did they all come in and how many do they have?

Wyatt has 12. The first one came in around 7 1/2 months. The majority came in between 10-13 months.

First one at 5 months and the rest have been popping up pretty regularly after that...she has 11 now, working on 2 canines. She is missing one of her front teeth and I have a feeling its not ever going to come in and she may need dental work if her permanent teeth follow suit.

Oh BTW, I keep thinking about getting one of those amber teething necklacs for her, but everyone on here that I can think of that has one of those necklaces barely has any teeth, so I can't judge if they work or not. LOL But I guess at this point I'm not going to bother, maybe with the next kid!

Teething necklace has worked for us. No pain or fuss with the bottom two and now working on the top and only symptom is diarrhea and sleeping more.

Molars were the worst with dd1 so Im anxious to see how the necklace worked with molars...lol

I'm just plain jealous.
We have 7 teeth here. We should have more teeth by this point.

Aaron has his front 8 teeth and I'm thinking that he's working on his molars. He's been chomping on everything pretty hard back there for the past week or so. He didn't have any teeth until almost 8 months and then they all came in quickly.

kenna has her top 2 and bottom 2 all the way in. then one on the top left (her right) is in and the one on the bottom left (her right) is halfway in. so she has 5.5 teeth right now. but the other one on the bottom right (her left lol) is about 1/4 of the way in and I can see the top one on that same side but it hasn't broken in yet.

how's that for a confusing answer

short answer, she has 6 teeth. hehe!

Some dentists believe (from various studies) that the later they come in, the stronger they will be---which doesn't matter long term since they are baby teeth anyway, but it's so weird because I was the complete opposite of Sophie....I had all of my teeth really early, and lost all of them really early (9 years old) so I was in a full-set of braces in the 3rd grade and was out of braces completely by 6th, when the majority of my friends were getting them put on!

Poor Sophie won't have to worry about having braces then....maybe dentures if she doesn't get any teeth by then (haha j/k)

I think Wyatt started at about 4.5 months and from there we have been working on teeth pretty consistently on for a week or so then off for a week or two then back on....he has 12 right now and I think we might be working on more

My pediatrician was telling me that some studies show a correlation between how early babies get teeth and when the start puberty, but that's only a "correlation," so who knows?

Leah has 5 teeth that are all the way through, and 5 that are about 1/2 way through....so almost 10 teeth total!!

Unless someone is still toothless, I think we have the fewest. Vincent's got his bottom front tooth on his left and it's only halfway in so far.

Aidyen has 7...4 on the top...and 3 on the bottom. The first one came around 5 months right before Christmas, and the rest have come just randomly, I don't really remember exactly when they came in. I'm no help at all

She has had her bottom 2 since March. No sign of anything until about 2 weeks ago when 6 teeth all decided to cut at the same time! Her top 4 (3 have pretty much come in ...the middle top left one still hasn't cut) and the bottom lateral 2. She has not been a happy camper -- but at least we get it all over with at the same time (until the molars of course )

Olivia is missing on of her front teeth also, she has had the opposite one for 3 months. When we went to the dentist a couple weeks ago he did xrays to see if it was actually there since he couldn't feel it. It was there, but he said she will probably have trouble with her adult tooth in that spot too.

Olivia has 7 teeth, 4 on top and 3 on the bottom. She hasnt gotten any new teeth in a couple months.
