Dh and I are going to visit his family next Friday for 10 days. There will be a one hour time difference. Should I try to stick with the nap schedule on Pacific time (where we are now) or switch the schedule to the local time zone, or just see how it goes when we get there?

When I traveled home with Sydney to see my parent's they are an hour ahead. I pretty much worked on their time. 7:30pm bedtime no matter what time zone..it was just easier for us. If you set it the first night, hopefully she'll adjust. so technically I was putting her to bed at 7:30pm their time (which would have only been 6:30pm our home time), but she was so tired from the first day of travel that it was pretty easy.

We're 2 hours ahead here, every time I come I just play it by ear. Their little biological clocks adjust really fast because I used to try and keep her up later here (so she would stay on her "bedtime" schedule) but just gave up.

She does seem to sleep a teeny bit later here, this morning we woke up after 9:00am!

I was wondering that too, we are visiting my in-laws for 2 weeks and they are 3 hours ahead. I have taken her to my parents a few times who are also 3 hours ahead and she always gets sick and doesn't sleep anyway, ugh.
