Do you talk/text/email with DH/SO throughout the day while he is at work?

Yes, constant. If I could guess it would be 30 texts a day? Then we usually email too, in fact I got such a sweet email the other night I almost took a screen shot and showed ya'll but figured no one would care...lol..It gave me butterflies again He cant really talk much while at work, thats why we text a lot. We usually talk once in the morning, then in the evening but text all day though.

My DH works in a restricted area so no texting during the day. We email back and forth though and also talk usually once per day on the phone. I try to email him a pic of E a few times a week.

Then at night, when I am at work and he is home, we text. I am able to answer on my teaching breaks and DH always fills me in on what E is doing/eating and stuff.

We email a few times per day if there are issues going on but not really lovey dovey stuff. I just emailed him because someone called and left a message, or I'll ask him to pick up dinner on the way home, stuff like that. Or he'll email me to say - did you see how Intel stock is tanking! LOL. I've had a few of those lately.

Oh yeah, he calls me every time he has a break or takes his lunch, he texts when he's leaving his office so I don't worry about him (I'm always afraid of deer or something being in the road, the road he comes home on has lots of accidents!)

That's so funny, since I've been in Texas DH randomly talks to me about the stock market. It's like he ran out of things to talk about but he doesn't want to get off the phone yet, it's so cute LOL

Constantly....usually talking or texting, the occasional e-mail...but if he e-mails me, I get a text and/or phone call telling me he e-mailed me LOL. We talk more when he is at work than when he is home!

Yep! We text throughout the day, we talk on his lunch break after he eats and he will call to let me know he is on his way home from work

We do, but minimally. He will call, but due to the nature of his job, its like 5 minutes. So we talk about twice a day when we are at work. He texts when he is on his way home and if he has to make a stop somewhere. Sometimes we are in the house together and we text each other hahaha...If we are arguing we text each other because we each get a chance to get our feelings out w/o each other cutting each other off. We text each other alot outside of work..LMAO

We text all of the time. We talk probably 2 or 3 times a day. Then he usually calls and we talk during his drive home.

lol. DH and I email and instant message each other while I'm upstairs in my office and he's in the basement. When he was working, it was exactly the same though. Maybe 20 times a day depending on what's happening that's exciting. Fights are usually resolved the same way over here Shantel. LMAO

Wow, no. Josh might call me occasionally on his lunch break if he has something important to say but we rarely text/email just for the sake of chit chat. In fact I only talk to him for like 5-10 minutes a day at all because he works away and just calls us in the evening to say goodnight.

^^Karlie, we are very similar to you. We don't really text each other at all. During the day, we may speak at lunch time on the phone if we get a chance, but for the most part we don't talk to much during work time.
I can honestly say I have never ever texted him while he is in the same house as me.

DH works in a restricted area too, so no cell phones in there at all. When I'm working at the hospital, I can't have my cell phone either. He can check email, though, and so I'll email him or him me sometimes, but generally we try to leave each other alone at work. We always call each other when we are on our way home so we know that each other are safe. We talk a lot at home though.

If I'm not working, then this doesn't really happen as much because we're always together. But when I'm working, and he's in the basement we would have to yell really loudly or stop what we're actually supposed to be doing entirely. The way we like to talk, we'd never get anything else done...on the bright side though, we'd probably be at least 20 or 30 pounds lighter from running up and down two flights of stairs all day long...lol

He usually texts me all day, and I reply when my kiddos are at p.e., art, music, etc. We both leave work at the same time, so we talk on the phone the entire ride home.

DH works second shift and I work from home during normal business hours. We text a few times during the evening until I go to bed and then he's home around 2am. We get to talk during the day when I take my breaks/lunch.

I will text him when random stuff comes into my head. He can't reply really unless he is on a break. He will ring me on his way home but thats it really.

DH and I work for the same company, but different offices so we can inter-office chat on our company communicator, or he can just call my extension. It's very convenient. I can see when he is "available" online. lol We talk several times throughout the day.
