What is that one thing that can center you and bring things back into focus?

Truthfully...my husband. I couldnt tell you how thankful I am to have him. When Im stressed he helps me feel calm, when I am hurt he's by my side, when I doubt things he makes me see I should never doubt them. He really did change my life. I often wonder where I would be in life if it wasnt for him being by my side, guiding me through college and helping me be the wife and mother I am.

My kids too, they make me see that I have made all the right choices in life. I wouldnt change a thing either.

No big surprise....working out...preferably a really hard workout like running intervals or heavy weights.

If I get my workout done, I feel like I can deal with/do anything.

God...and looking at my beautiful sleeping children. Puts everything back in perspective for me even on my bleakest days.

I'm still looking for it! Like Liz said, working out does help, and I definitely feel much better after a work out. Juliana's sweet sleeping face is great, too. I guess if I had to pick one, it would be the image of where I want our family to be in the future - as in 10 or 15 years from now.

Exercise, whether that is at the gym, or just listening to music and dancing. Too bad I don't do it enough!

Maggie, through and through. Doesn't matter what's happening, or what's got me wrapped around the axel. All she has to do is smile at me, or give me a hug and a kiss, or do something quintessentially her, and it all just goes away.

She helps me to live for now. Not yesterday or tomorrow. Today and this moment, whenever that occurs, is all that matters with her!

My faith does keep me centered, but I do admit...I haven't been to church in two years because I work every weekend. I'm a firm believer in prayer though. Also, working out really does help my stress levels. On days that I can't workout, I feel like blah.

Oh yeah...a good ol' Cherry Coke Zero makes everything better, too
