Leah naps once per day from 2.5-3 hours, and I'm starting to appreciate it bc I can have a more flexible schedule with going our during the day.

Sydney is 1 nap - running anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours (so I picked 1.5-2 hours, since it seems to be mostly just under 2 hours).

We're on 1 nap as well finally, and she's taking anywhere from 2-3 hours typically. But she also only sleeps 10 hours at night. I know some kids are still sleeping 11-12.

Juliana sleeps about 10-11 hours at night, with the average being 10.5. This is definitely NOT straight through or even close. She sleeps around 2.5 hours over 2 naps. Her first is around 45 minutes - 1 hour and second is anywhere from 1 - 2 hours. I checked the 2-2.5 hours box but it's pretty variable. I thought she was almost ready for one nap, but I guess not.

Yea, I thought Kaileigh was ready for 1 nap and it was 2 weeks of pure h e l l in the evenings. Non stop crying and melt downs. I even tried an earlier bed time and that was not working. So the pedi told me to go back to two naps, and she was perfectly fine after I did. I will just stick with two naps a day probably until 18 months and then try 1 nap but it's all going to depend on if she's ready. Im in no rush for 1 nap so I will just let her show me she's really ready.

Idk. Somedays she takes 2 naps, some days it's just one, then she usually falls asleep in the car. She goes to bed around 8, wakes between 4:30-6:30. If she got up super early, she's ready for a nap around 9-10 and it could be an hour or two. Sometimes it's 3 and then she won't nap again that day. Shell take another nap in the afternoon and it varies on times too. On days the big kids have extracurricular activites she doesn't get to nap in the afternoon except in the car to and from. Ugh see? I'd say her naps are anywhere between 2-4 hours and sleeping 10 hours at night.

I would say greater than 3.5, it's hard to say. If there's 2 naps, it's usually greater than that. If she takes one nap it's between 2.5-3hrs. She is an awesome napper!

Owen has dropped to one nap lately. If it lasts an hour, I'm lucky.

I thought we were starting to shift to one nap too, but there were lots of meltdowns leading up to bedtime. He's not ready yet, which is fine. So he takes one long nap between 9:30-11:30/12. Then again around 4/4:30pm. Bedtime is between 7:30-8:30pm.

We are still at 2 naps here. I would love to move to 1 nap, but they are just so tired by 10am and don't wake until 8:10am. So they sleep for an hr at 10am and then for 2 hrs at 2pm. They both just love to sleep and are ready for bed at 7:15-7:30pm.

I marked 2.5-3 hours. He's usually down to just one nap, but will sometimes cat nap in the afternoon too.
