If I see one more glittery "princess" shirt or outfit with cartoons splashed all over, I'm gonna scream Where do you ladies shop for classy clothes for little girls? I don't want to spend a fortune, but I'd like Claire to look like a respectable little lady, not a Nickelodeon billboard.

I do a lot of Target, Kohls, Children's Place, Old Navy. All clearance or sale though. We don't any cartoon stuff. Not that I mind it just I don't own any.
Jumping beans from Kohls is one of my fav brands as well as Circo Mix and Match from Target. I would say those are the ones DD wears the most.

When I'm in the states, definitely Target and Kohl's. We don't have those there in Canada (well we are getting some Targets soon!), so I usually shop in Bonnie Togs, which sells Carter's and Osh Kosh clothing. They ALWAYS have stuff on sale there. I also buy things at Old Navy when it's on sale.
I have a mad obsession with buying clothes so I try to keep away from stores as much as possible haha

Sears. I've had excellent luck finding things at Sears. I watch the sales racks because things do cost more there, but I've loved everything we've bought and the last time I bought clothes there they gave me a $10 gift card. Can't complain about that!

Whenever I'm at Target they have a bunch of adorable stuff that isn't glittery and cartoonish. I drool over dresses all the time haha. Then I head over to my 3 small racks of clothing for the boys

Fortunately I have had a lot of "hand me downs" and my MIL buys her stuff from "gymboree" and "Janie and Jack". But if I do buy something it would be from Target or Old Navy.

I loved Gymboree for Lily when she was little. I am kind od sad she has outgrown their stuff. I loved gap and jeanie and jack too. If you hit the slaes with a coupon you can get a good deal.

You can also get an additional 20% off if you spend over $40 with the code BRADSDEALS4U . If you are shopping in store here is the coupon to print for 20% off - OshKosh B'Gosh Printable Coupons: 20% off $40 (Printable)
I also like shopping at Gymboree when there is a sale and Target.

I shop mostly at gently used kids stores, they sell all the name brands like Gap, OshKosh, Mexx, Children's Place etc. And they are so much cheaper and honestly at this stage they grow out of clothes so fast they don't even look used.
You should also check out H&M, they have nice things sometimes. But I would say Carters would be a good choice.
